Refund Policy
This Refund Policy describes when Arguz SpA may grant refunds for the Arguz Service. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
1. Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected billing period. Unless required by law, we do not provide automatic refunds for partial periods or unused time after cancellation.
2. Free Trials
If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial ends. You may cancel during the trial to avoid charges.
3. Initial Purchase Refunds
We may issue a refund for first-time subscriptions requested within 14 days of the initial charge, provided the Service has not been materially used. Refund decisions are made in good faith and may consider usage, support costs, and applicable law.
4. Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us promptly. Verified billing errors will be corrected.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email hello@arguz.io with your account email, invoice details, and the reason for your request. We typically respond within one business day.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can assist. Unresolved chargebacks may result in suspension of access.
